Not long ago Kareema saw a post on Facebook about two very young kittens alone on the streets. Because young kittens don't stand a chance of surviving on the streets Kareema wasted no time and quickly had the kittens rescued from the streets. The kittens were very young and didn't eat solid food yet, so Kareema took them home to bottle feed. Unfortunately Ziggy's brother or sister didn't make it and Ziggy is now alone. When Ziggy could eat independently and had his first vaccination he came to 'the haven' where he quickly made friends in the 'kittens apartment'.

Ziggy is a very friendly and affectionate young guy, during my visit in 'the haven' he did not leave my side when I was in the 'kittens apartment'. He follows you and asks with his beautiful eyes with black eyeliner for attention, cuddles and pats. Ziggy gets along well with the other cats/kittens in 'the haven'. How Ziggy gets along with dogs is not yet known because he stays in the kittens apartment and there are no dogs there.

Ziggy is about 6 months old, his date of birth is estimated at the end of October 2024. Like all SHE cats, Ziggy has already had his vaccinations. This against common cat diseases and rabies. He is also chipped and has had a deworming and anti-flea treatment. Ziggy will soon be neutered, he is litter-box trained. Ziggy will be completely ready to pack his bags and move from the end of June.

We attach great importance to the safety of our SHE cats. A SHE adoption cat must be an indoor cat. A very well-sealed outdoor space or cat run is of course also good. Because Ziggy has been used to the safety of 'the harbour' for almost his entire life, this is extra important to him, he does not know and does not foresee the dangers of the street.
